    Resumen

At the managerial level, each economic model that has emerged throughout history has had a public management model; being one of the first models to emerge, the bureaucratic model with its different peculiarities. For this reason, the objective of this work is to describe the bureaucratic public management model, with its variants and particularities, taking into account the organizational structure and control. A descriptive methodology based on a review of documents, scientific articles and bibliographic publications was used, which allowed us to produce results oriented that, despite the evolution of economic models, the bureaucracy persists in public management with variations in its practices. This leads to reflection that, despite the efforts, in some States the bureaucracy clothes, and goes beyond any management process, being a fundamental pillar in all its areas.
