Resumen
Objective: To determine the impact of knowledge management and ICT on the productivity of civil servants in Peruvian socioeconomic labor observatories. Methodology: Quantitative, non-experimental and causal correlational research was carried out. The population consisted of 51 public officials responsible for managing a regional observatory in Peru. The survey was used as a collection technique. Three instruments were developed and validated by expert judgment, and their reliability was verified through Cronbach's alpha. The results obtained were processed with SPSS version 26 statistical software. Results: Ordinal logistic regression models were used. Knowledge management, information, and communication technologies would impact 51.8%ofn the productivity of civil servants in socioeconomic labor observatories in the regions. Likewise, knowledge management and ICTs affect the technical, economic and social dimensions of labor productivity by 48.8%, 54.7% and 43.1%, respectively. Conclusion: It was concluded that knowledge management is a set of processes. Knowledge management and ICTs have a high impact on the productivity of civil servants in socioeconomic labor observatories in the regions of Peru. Likewise, linking ICT with knowledge management would increase the possibilities of success in public sector management. Originality/value: This research stands out because it analyzes the processes of knowledge management and ICT in the dimensions of labor productivity of public officials of socioeconomic labor observatories. It also sets precedents for future research.
