Hacia una Gobernanza pública inteligente desde la Gobernabilidad

Introduction: The most successful expression of governance recorded in the literature in practical terms is that of intelligent governance, understood as the consolidation of social coordination through the use of information and communications technologies in decision-making processes. in public administration. Methodology: Using qualitative methodology, the technique used to collect data was the different discourses of scientific articles from the period 2022-2023 from Web of science, Scopus and Scielo magazines. Results: The results have determined that the level of integration achieved by different electronic mechanisms in public management has been reported in the last two years as expressions of the need to solve a public problem from the government, in a more effective and efficient way. Discussion: the study finds a dynamic between the identification of public needs or problems and the interactive and participatory implementation of public policies. Conclusions: The conclusion reached presents intelligent governance as an unfinished process of integration, whose basic principle is transparency and its most successful mechanism is the interactive platform in its different versions. Therefore, the path has deviated from smart governance.
