N2 - The development of a competitive intelligence plan facilitates the management of a research group. Complementarily, the design of an organizational structure for the management of teaching research in business sciences not only facilitates the integration of researchers to scientific production, but also the organization of their own finances, marketing, and the dynamics of the staff. The aim of the study is to draft a system to be implemented based on human interface and competitive intelligence that leads to the management of business science research in higher education, Lima, Peru. Every dimension of the draft will be discussed through the descriptive comparative method between the statements and the evidence from the research group practice. The presentation language from a computer to a human being and the action language from him to a computer will be measured as fulfilled hypotheses on a Likert Scale to construct an analytical road map to make decisions. In conclusion, the development of a competitive intelligence plan in the administration of teaching research, combined with the design of the organizational structure, will allow the staff create a management control model for a research group in business sciences in Lima.
