N2 - The purpose of this study is to identify the predominant methods of emerging technologies used in companies in the manufacturing sector, for greater operational efficiency by automating processes and reducing costs, simultaneously improving product quality through more accurate monitoring and in real time. Scientific publications were used through platforms such as SCIENCE DIRECT, SCOPUS and EBSCO. Selection criteria were applied for this study, selecting articles that addressed the question asked in English or Spanish, published between 2018 and 2023. Keywords such as Emerging, technologies, methods, manufacturing were used for the search. Likewise, 38 articles were identified and analyzed in the preparation of this systematic review. The results highlight that, in the last six years, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Blockchain have been the technologies most frequently adopted by companies in the manufacturing sector. Since these methods drive efficiency, quality, safety and innovation. Likewise, these technologies provide the necessary flexibility to adjust to fluctuations in market demands, while enriching customer satisfaction. It is relevant to highlight that one of the limitations identified was the restriction on access to documentation, which made it difficult to carry out exhaustive and precise searches.
