Resumen
This article aimed to conduct a systematic literature review of video games in physical activity, where 20 articles were selected from 472 that were in SCOPUS, MDPI, Primo Discovery and Taylon & Francis Online, finding that video games influence the improvement of motor coordination corresponding to physical activity (30%), In addition, it was identified that the best genre for physical activity is Exergames/Active with 30% of the articles reviewed, with respect to the benefits it was found that video games promote teamwork with 60% and finally it was determined that the accessible and easy to use video games to promote physical activity are again Exergames/Active with 30%. It was concluded that video games have a positive influence on physical activity according to three out of four questions, with a higher percentage compared to those who did not mention anything, showing benefits, influence and accessibility.
