Resumen
The emergence of new technologies in all organizational sectors, including the education sector, brings with it new challenges and benefits. Artificial intelligence represents the technological tool that projects the greatest scope and impact in the remainder of the 21st century and is today a reality in all business environments. The objective of this work is to describe the application of educational intelligence in the educational sector. The research is a documentary and / or bibliographic theoretical work. The results showed that the application of artificial intelligence demands high levels of flexibility, cohesion, adaptability and constant transformation. Artificial intelligence generates new forms of social interactions, as well as the incursion of new virtual actors in teaching-learning environments. The use of these tools requires constant updating by the actors involved.
