Resumen

The search for the first job related to the professional career is a problem that is found among many university students in Peru. This is mainly due to the lack of professional experience of the student, which is percieved by the students creating a barrier for themselves. This article refers to the importance of internships within the study grid and the relationship it has with the level of employability of graduates. For this, it has been studied what is the impact of internships on students. Using a type and design of descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional research, with a value of Pearson's correlation coefficient = 0.995, it can be deduced that there is a positive linear correlation between the number of graduates and the level of employability of these in the Faculty of Sciences and Engineering of the Sciences and Humanities University between 2014 and 2018.
