N2 - The purpose of the research was to learn about human talent management and its influence on work performance in a trading company in Peru. The type of research was basic, with a quantitative approach and a non-experimental design. Likewise, the unit of analysis was represented by each collaborator of the marketing company in Peru, therefore, the sample size was 30 collaborators. On the other hand, a questionnaire was used to collect the information through Google Forms, which consisted of 27 items. In addition, descriptive and inferential statistics were used in the presentation of results. In terms of the results, human talent management, with 70%, is located at a high level; on the other hand, 80% of the employees of the Peruvian marketer expressed that job performance is located at a high level. Finally, the SPSS program was used to process the data, using Spearman's Rho correlation test. It is concluded that there is a high positive relationship (r=0.815) between the study variables (Human Talent Management and Labor Performance) in a Peruvian marketing company, with a significance value of less than 5%, which finally allows the research hypothesis to be accepted.
