La Planeación Estratégica en la Pequeña y Mediana Empresa entre los años 2010 y 2021: una Revisión Sistemática

A systematic review of the scientific literature is carried out in order to know the importance of developing a strategic planning applied in Small and Medium Enterprises between the years 2010 to 2021. For this, the context and importance of the relevant variable is highlighted and carries out a search for information sources in databases such as: Scopus, Dialnet, Scielo and Reda lyc according to required criteria such as period, language, relevance, among others. Information synthesis methods are used continuously, such as comparisons of perspectives of various authors and quantified graphs that will make it possible to analyze the results obtained and thus be able to answer the research question. There were limitations to carry out the research, mainly in terms of searching for references where many with articles of private access are found. Finally, it is concluded that the development of strategic planning a p p lied to Small and Medium-sized companies is important because this tool has the necessary characteristics that allow an in-depth analysis of the organizational environment and contribute to better decision-making. In addition, the variable in question is current and has been generating greater professional and academic interest in neighboring countries in recent years, which allows us to recognize that said variable is applicable and brings benefits.
