Resumen
The new technologies of the so-called fourth industrial revolution introduce profound changes in all areas of society. In public management, these tools represent great opportunities to improve citizen care and service delivery. However, the difficulties of Latin American and Peruvian society represent great obstacles to the application of these new processes within public sector organizations. The objective of this work Specify the use of new technologies in organizations of the Peruvian public sector. The research corresponds to a descriptive and field study for which a questionnaire was applied to managers and users of public organizations in Peru. The results showed that a large part of the managers are unaware of the importance of these new technologies and, on the other hand, a large part of the population is unaware of what these new tools are about. In the organizational sphere, the main uses that these tools have are linked to decision-making, data processing and the multipossession of information. Peru is in the initial phase of applying these technologies.
