N2 - The management of human talent has been approached from different perspectives that denotes a diversity of elements for the efficiency of management models, which go through the analysis, evaluation and strategies developed for the management of human talent. The objective of this research was to analyze the management of human talent in the public sector of Peru, specifically with the models. The methodology used refers to a descriptive bibliographic review of scientific articles published in Latin American journals belonging to databases on the Web or Science, Proquest and Scielo with research carried out from March 2012 to December 2021, through the analysis of 28 articles. scientists. The main results highlight that the most researched topic refers to the models for the management of human talent in organizations, and its coherent and holistic systematization generates levels of success that contribute to the operation of human talent in the public sector.
