N2 - The general objective of this research was to implement the Behavior-Based Safety Program based on Law No. 29783 to minimize occupational accidents in Sociedad Agrícola Moche Norte SA, Chepén, 2024. The methodology used was applied, quantitative approach and pre-experimental design. As results it was initially determined that the average rate of compliance with training, inspections, frequency index, severity index and accident rate was 68.06%, 75%, 6.27, 10.17, and 6.55 respectively, for this, the Behavior Based Safety Program was applied, where trainings, risk map, IPERC matrix, and the elaboration of a plan based on law n° 29783 were established, with the purpose of minimizing occupational accidents in the workers of the organization, thus achieving that the average compliance index of training, inspections, frequency index, severity index, and accident rate was 100%, 100%, 2. 31, 1.26, and 2.38, respectively, being very satisfactory values for the organization, given that a good occupational health and safety plan is being complied with. In conclusion, it was found that occupational accidents within the company reduced a total of 12.80 accidents with respect to the initial data.
