N2 - Salinity is a latent problem that is affecting soil fertility in the District of Salaverry, Trujillo, Peru; This problem also occurs in the soil, due to the fact that it is located in a coastal area, which generates that the soil has a very high concentration of salinity, the method that was used is the straw curtain, which will recover the soil. saline, being a simple technique to use, economical and above all friendly to the environment, the results obtained with respect to pH, during the 5 days the data obtained on the first day of the 4 samples was an average of 7.93, on the second day with a value of 7.53, on the third day 7.64, on the fourth day 7.32 and on the fifth day 7.28, approaching the appropriate value, the same thing happened with the electrical conductivity where the samples on the first day the electrical conductivity of the four samples was, 10.8 ms/cm, 5.33 mS/cm, 6.06 mS/cm and 8.11 mS/cm, with respect to the second day; 8.20 mS/cm, 4.14 mS/cm, 2.98 mS/cm and 2.94 mS/cm, from the third day to the fifth day the values have remained at values of 2.99 mS/cm, 2.73 mS/cm, 2.77 mS/cm and 2.81 mS/cm, with respect to temperature, the 4 samples have been maintained at a temperature of 25°C, organic matter was also measured from the 4 points, which at point A 5.025% was obtained, at point B (4.69 %), point C (6.03%) and at point D (4.85%).
