Resumen

The objective of this research was to determine the effect of the different labor regimes on the level of job satisfaction of the collaborators of the Pallasca Local Educational Management Unit, 2022. The study sample was 48 collaborators, the research was descriptive, not cross-sectional experiment. When analyzing the results, they show that when relating the variables labor regimes and job satisfaction, 70% of the collaborators who are under the labor regime of D. Leg. No. 276, have a high level of job satisfaction, 67% of those who are under the labor regime of D. Leg. No. 1057 have a medium level of job satisfaction and 77% of those who are under the labor regime of Law No. 29944 have a medium level of job satisfaction, so it is concluded that the various labor regimes have an effect on the levels of job satisfaction of the collaborators of the Pallasca Local Educational Management Unit, 2022.
