Resumen

The research sought to determine the relationship between the use of wally POS software and the sales process in the company El Cardenal Café Trujillo 2022-2023, for this a quantitative approach was used, of a non-experimental design, cross-sectional, simple correlational. The results of the indicator, use of the wally POS software, were: 57.69% and 44.23%, the first being lower than the average and the second higher than the average, identifying that there was no significant degree in the first indicator, but there was in the second, Regarding the sales process in relation to its indicators, the results were: 59.62%, 51.92% and 65.38%, where there was a contribution and increase in the effectiveness of sales and total invoiced amount, which did not occur with the conversion rate indicator presenting a lower than average number, due to low visits to the establishment. It is concluded that there is no correlation between both variables through Spearman’s Rho test.
