Resumen

The research has the objective of analyzing the validity of just societies in the face of current financial resources; especially in Latin America. It is a bibliographical study of diachronic character from the rationalist and descriptive approach. It deals with the dis-armament of the state's surveillance capacity in the face of financial events as an impulse that multiplies financial crimes. It identifies the neglect of operations mediated by digital currencies as an incentive for money laundering from corruption and arms, people and drug trafficking. It requests the participation of the communities in the actions that control the economic events; specifically, make available to them the possibilities that the instru-ment allows. It is considered that the manifestation of democracies is viable by condition-ing collective practices to the manifestation of human rights; favor, every time, to fair coex-istence.
